Is Jeeran free to use?
Yes. Downloading, browsing, listing, and messaging your neighbours are all completely free. A service fee applies only to certain paid transactions completed through the app.
How do you confirm someone actually lives in the building?
You select your building when you sign up, and your residency is checked before the Verified badge is granted. Unverified accounts are clearly marked as such to your neighbours.
How do I collect what I buy?
In person, directly. Most Jeeran deals happen inside the same building (in the lobby or at the door), so there’s no shipping and no delivery fee.
Which cities is Jeeran available in?
We’re launching in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman with a selected group of towers and residential compounds, then expanding gradually across the rest of the UAE, and after that to cities across the Gulf.
Is my location and address protected?
Your exact address is never shown. Neighbours only see your building or compound, and you decide what appears on your profile.
I manage a building, can I use Jeeran?
Yes. Building management gets a dedicated dashboard for announcements, resident communication, and coordinating services. Get in touch to activate your tower.
